W&V Makes Donation To Her Restore at Still Creek Ranch

Wallick & Volk announced today that they have made a $10,000 donation to Restore Her at Still Creek Ranch.  Restore Her is a comprehensive program for minor girls who have been rescued by local, state and Federal law enforcement from the horrendous life of sex-trafficking.

Steve and Tracy Singleton, Directors of Still Creek Ranch, knew that something must be done to help these young victims.  Restore Her was born from their determination.  The Restore Her website highlights their mission, “The scope of this horrific crime is enormous and the number of victims is unfathomable; however we believe that genuine and complete restoration begins with focusing on the girl in front of us.  We believe each girl’s life is highly valued and our organization will do anything to stop this devastating injustice for HER.”

Steve Singleton offered these comments, “We built our first home called “Victory Home” specifically for these young victims.  That home filled up quickly and resulted in a waiting list, so we are now building a second home “Restore Her House.”  The generous donation from Wallick & Volk will be put toward a van to take the girls to and from school and other events.  We are so grateful for all our supporters.”

Within these secure homes each young girl is given medical, educational, emotional, spiritual and psychological care.    Local doctors donate their services and a licensed counselor is on-site to meet with the girls regularly.  Well-trained house moms help with home schooling and other individual needs for each girl.  This is a long-term program that takes the girls all the way through college.  Restore Her is the only long-term program in the Nation to help these young victims.

Jane Gregg, Branch Manager of Wallick & Volk in College Station said, “We learned about the work of Still Creek Ranch through our association with Stylecraft Builders.  Stylecraft has been very involved in this worthy cause.  The mission of Restore Her has deeply touched our hearts.  I’m so glad we could help in this way.”
